We will sing the Ordinary of the Mass again…

The Archdiocese of Boston has updated their pandemic protocols and, starting this coming Sunday (March 21st) the Ordinary of the Mass — the Kyrie, Gloria (when sung), Sanctus and Benedictus, and Agnus Dei — are allowed to be sung by the People. No hymnals or other printed materials are allowed to be distributed before Mass so you may wish to download the PDF file here and bring it with you. The setting of the Mass we will be using is the Missa Marialis, the Fourth Communion Service; because we will begin with the Great Litany and it is Lent, neither the Kyrie nor the Gloria will be sung: the file below contains all that you will need, the Sanctus/Benedictus and the Agnus Dei. Let us rejoice at this next step towards our normal practices!
